Terms and Conditions

1. Supervision: All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

2. Footwear Policy: No shoes are permitted in soft play zones, bouncy castles, ball pits, and inflatables to maintain cleanliness and safety. Shoes must be worn during dancing to prevent slipping.

3. Safety Guidelines: Sharp objects, including pens, are prohibited near soft play equipment to ensure safety. Children are expected to behave responsibly—pushing, colliding, fighting, or wrestling is not allowed. Such behaviour may cause injury to others or damage to the equipment.

4. Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. Please ensure that the date is suitable before completing your purchase.

5. Character Meet-and-Greet: Mini and Mickey will be available for dancing from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM, and for photographs and a meet-and-greet from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you take your photograph and move on swiftly to allow others an opportunity.

6. Footwear Responsibility: Parents are fully responsible for their child's shoes.

7. Hot drinks: Are not permitted in the Children's Entertainment Zone for safety reasons. A café area will be provided that will sell tea, coffee, juice and traybakes.

8. Photography and Video: Photography and videography may take place during the event. By attending, you grant permission for your child's image to be used in promotional materials.

9. Personal Property: The event and its organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen personal items.

10. Liability Waiver: By attending, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of participation in physical activities and release the event organizers from any liability.
