To help everyone enjoy a safe and happy family event, please take a moment to read the following:

1. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

2. If your plans change, we’ll do our best to move your tickets to another showtime, subject to availability.

3. We want everyone to have a wonderful time. Guests behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate way may be refused entry or asked to leave.

4. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

5. Please be kind and respectful to fellow guests, performers and event staff.

6. Please keep personal belongings safe, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost, stolen or damaged.

7. Please allow plenty of time to find parking and arrive at the venue. The hotel does not have on-site parking, but public parking is available nearby.

8. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the event so everyone can be seated comfortably before the show begins.
