Terms and Conditions
 

Each Enchanted Trail experience is strictly two hours and you must leave promptly at the end time given in the slot you buy. This is to allow for the next family to get parked for the following session as carparking is limited.
 

We have the right to ask anyone to leave who stays over their session time and or behaves offensively at the event

Tickets are only valid for the time and date stated and are non-refundable.
 

If you arrive late, you are still welcome but you must leave at the end time given on your ticket. Please understand that you will not be able to join the next session time if you arrive late. Arriving late will shorten your time at Clandeboye Estate and may cause you to lose out in doing the full trail.
 

No bikes are permitted
 

Tickets must be shown via email or print out to gain entry into the trail upon arrival.
 

Only the number of people booked in online can gain entry to ‘The Enchanted Trail’ event.
 

Tickets cannot be transferred to other dates or times.

You must disclose how many cars you will bring to the Enchanted Trail at Clandeboye Estate before checking out. We do not charge you for car parking and only ask this to avoid congestion as there are limited spaces.
 

You must stick to the number of cars that you tick in the box asked, failure to do so may result in you having to find alternative parking outside of Clandeboye Estate.
 

We are not responsible for your clothing but would like to remind you that it’s a wild forest trail and would advise welly boots or other appropriate footwear.
